This is a prototype with an olive green striation that is not typical to the traditional Pelikan green striation (see last picture). The olive green striation shimmers compares to the traditional green, definitely not something you see everyday.
The pen was not sold by Pelikan publicly, it was offered to VIP customers and marketing purposes.
