This sale is for a PERSIAN SILVER & MOTHER-OF-PEARL HAND PAINTED PENDANTIt is not clearly hallmarked but has been tested as silver.
The hand painted work in lovely, even the tiniest details of the bricks in the wall behind is there, however it has been chipped in several places, notably on each if the peoples faces, which is strange - see photos. When turned over, there is slight staining around the edges. It weighs 15.1g, and measures 5 x 3.6cm. I know nothing of its provenance, but have been told it is Persian by an antique dealer friend.
