He has a flesh face and sits on his standard teal blue No Patent Made in Austria stem with IMC=8. It has the awesome bubble gum pink inner sleeve. He\'s complete with all parts (white hair and goatee, gray hat with American Flag band) The dispenser looks mint.

The bag is very clean and crisp. It\'s crinkled up at the top and bottom, but I see no holes or damage.
