Please take a look at all the pics and ask questions. Overall a good condition example of a hard to find Pez display. Ring is present but no header. Ring screw stem threads are stripped so it sticks in place but does not screw in. It will hold but do not carry by the ring. Some bending to corners and sides of the candy slots. Carousel spins fine. There is paint loss and oxidation. The dark areas are surface heavy tarnish and surface oxidation. Not heavy bubbling rust. Rack stands approx 11\" tall exclusive of ring. Carousel diameter is approx 6\". A decent example of a hard to find Pez item. The Pez decals look very nice overall with some general wear from age.
