super rare version from Brazil was issued WITHOUT HAIR (see pictures on paper insert which also shows a black helmet fireman); near mint condition with a factory error mismold to the bottom of the stem, NOT chipped just a factory quality issue; actually finding dispensers with significant mismolds is EXTREMELY rare, personally I find them interesting ; stem has no country,patent or IMC #
