Extraordinary Antique French Renaissance style Sterling Silver Serving Dish,the wide marly decorated withfinely detailed applied Mascarons, and cartouches engraved \"RL\". A large12,9\" serving dish or platter, it is the creation of renowned Parisian silversmith Jules PIAULT, and is stamped with theFrench Minerve 1st standard silver mark (.950), and maker\'s mark forPiault,active from 1856 to 1897.Gently polished by our Parisian silversmith, this very decorative Napoleon III era sterling silver platter is in very good condition with just light signs of use to note.
