it has heavily yellowed over time, that she has had since the time of Purchase.
I believe this card to be perhaps some sort of provenance/or personal "Notes"
that was made at the time of Purchase. Owner referred to the Artist as being "Tony",
yet I thought the 'RDP' may have represented RICHARD or ROBERT PLATERO?! Owner also

This is simply the PERFECT Native American Squash Blossom Necklace! It's
HUGE, a wonderfully OVERSIZED Necklace,..Large as they were originally designed
to be, made with highest quality components, signed by a member of one of the
most Collectable Families of all Navajo Artists, & in EXCELLENT VINTAGE
CONDITION. If you are a collector of FINE Native American pieces, this is one
Necklace that you may not want to miss out on! MUCH DEEPER BLUE than the Photos
show it to be,..when they are this ULTRA DEEP, SUPER INTENSE BLUE, really hard
to capture! I hardly even know where to begin on this one, & honestly, it's
going to be fairly difficult for me to describe just what ALL sets it apart from other Necklaces, (especially when I have
another Necklace Listed!) Ha! For starters, the Length, you never see it, most
are about 25" to 26",..the GREAT thing about this, is if you DO
prefer them a little shorter, you can still have it shorter, much better than
if one was too short. It lies BEAUTIFULLY down your chest, (WITHOUT even
considering the additional Length of the Center Naja section), is a SUPER
GENEROUS 33 1/4"! With the additional
Length of the Naja, it appears as an over 35"
Necklace when worn, too! The Pieces are SOLID, none of that cheap, thin, 'sheet
metal' crap that BENDS if you sneeze on it,..but SUBSTANTIAL, UNUSUALLY
SUBSTANTIAL pieces for the Style,..AND these are no Tiny Stones either, BIG
& BEAUTIFUL BOULDERS,..as a matter of fact, ALL OF THE STONES, (except maybe
for the 2 Smaller ones on the Tips of the Naja & maybe 1 or 2 others), are anywhere
from 1" - 1 1/4" LONG, TOO! This
is a WONDERFUL Necklace, not "Flimsily made", & HANDMADE BEADS
strung onto a really FLEXIBLE & Durable, Heavy Duty FOXTAIL Chain. And OH
GOSH, I almost FORGOT!!! What I REALLY LOVE about this one: The Top Row of
Beads on the area BEHIND the Naja, is not a Solid Strand, but 2 SEPARATE
STRANDS hooked to a "U" Shaped "Pivot"? that allows it to
move & Turn however is Best for them to lay PERFECTLY for your individual body
type, (if you are now confused, just email me! Ha!) I've only seen this Feature
used 1 other time in all these years, (and THAT was on a Necklace valued at
about 12 Grand, & it REALLY makes a difference, they ALL ought to have this
AWESOME Feature! TONS of Sterling, & those oh so desirable MORENCI Turquoise
stones,..chunks of GLEAMING SILVER PYRITE FLOATING IN A SEA of GORGEOUS BLUE
will have everyone in envy of your MORENCI MASTERPIECE! Necklace is in
wonderful Vintage Condition & the STONES are as close to PERFECTION as
you'll ever find!! This is a SUPER BEAUTIFUL & VERY WEARABLE Necklace! You

Turquoise ~
Morenci Turquoise was mined in southEastern
Arizona, in Greenlee County. It ranges in color from Dark to Light Blue, with a
very unique & unusual matrix of irregular Iron Pyrite Matrix, (also known
as “FOOL'S GOLD”), that looks like
SILVER when polished. The name "Morenci", is derived from the large
open pit Morenci Copper mine where much of the Turquoise from it was considered
to be of the “LUNCH BOX” variety, meaning it was carried out by the workers of
the Mine. Morenci Turquoise is very well known, as a matter of fact, it was
even one of the 1st Turquoises from the United States to be placed on the
market, & is becoming almost impossible to obtain because the Mine is now
depleted. Due to its High Quality, & also the fact that the mine is now
closed, Morenci Turquoise is considered to be quite collectible!
