I am offering for offer this Commemorative President Spoon made by William Rogers ManufacturingCompany I.S. ( International Silver). It was designed to capture the likeness of President Johnson and to especially show that President Johnson was best noted for the ATLANTIC CABLE - 1866 ( which is shown in the Bowl of the Spoon ) during the term of his Presidency.The Spoon is made of heavy Silverplate and I see no dings but it may have some silver loss and age related surface scratches. It has been pre-owned and I did wipe it off but did not polish it or use any kind of deep cleaning product. This I will leave to the New Owner. The Spoon measures approx. 6 in. Long. Really a great Spoon to add to any President - Andrew Johnson Collection or just to display in a Spoon Collection !
