Up for sale is this very good condition bound volume of Original Harper\'s Weekly Civil War newspapers. The volume includes originals newspapers for the months of January-June, 1862. This volume is in very nice condition. The backing boards have been nicely taped back to the volume, as they had become loose. Internally the pages are in very good condition, and pictures representativeof the internal condition are included above.
The war was in full swing by 1862, so this volume has a large amount of incredible Civil War content. Beautiful illustrations created by eye-witnesses to the battles.
In reviewing the volume page by page, I find:
Page 103/104 is tornPage 161/162 is missingPage 209/210 is missingPage 273/274 is missingPage 355/356 is missingPage 401/402 is damagedPages 413-416 in rough condition. (This is not unusual for the last pages of a volume to be rough)
Several other pages have minor tears or mends. Overall, the pictures attached are representative of the condition of the volume.
Overall a great volume with great content.
