For your consideration is a very old farmhouse screened cabinet with an unknown date of construction. This is an original early American cabinet, not a reproduction. It has square nails in the main body which were hand forged which dates it probably to at least 1800\'s. The widest boards are 15 inches across and a full inch thick. The wood is very soft feeling like soap to the touch. The color is exquisite and captured best in the overall shots. The detail pictures are washed out (pictures taken outside) so the truer color is in overall shots. The construction is very solid with no structural damage. The interior shelves are individual boards which are removable. There is very old newspaper stuck to several boards though no date could be found. One cartoon visible shows a gentlemen in a top hat. The cabinet is very large and deep with a total height of 5 feet one inch, a depth of almost 18 inches and a width at the body of 32 inches. The doors are 13 inches across and there are three board shelves and a floor.
