The EChip provides \"live bait\" nerve pulses and the kicker fin on the back provides erratic rotation resulting in a minimum drag when a fish is hooked. The flasher can be run as slow as 1 mph with outstanding action and is easily rigged with long or short leaders on downriggers, drop releases or dipsies. The spin, tail kick and E-Chip are a deadly combination. With every kick, the E-Chip produces tiny electric nerve type pulses. The narrow tapered end is the front. Works best with small lures or hoochies tied 18-20 inches behind the flasher. They have never been used. The color is #630 White. The flashers that we sell on are either \"seconds\", discontinued models, or items returned by dealers. Due to a manufacturer\'s error, there are some slight yellow stains on the flashers, therefore, we can offer them on at a reduced price.
