Pair 19thC Antique German Hans Meyer Landscape Oil Paintings On Hardboard:

These have been in my family for over 4 generations.....my mother is from Germany.....On the back of one of the frames I can make out Handarbeit, meaning hand crafted.....I am not an art dealer, please look at the photo\'s.......the frame measure\'s 18\" x 15.5\" and the hardboard measure\'s 12\" x 9.5\"........the horizontal painting measure\'s 17.5\" x 15\" and the hardboard measure\'s 11.75\" x 9.5\"........Both are signed by what appears to be Hans Meyer........both paintings have some loss of paint, best shown in the 3rd picture.....both will need to be cleaned and the hardboard is barely attached with most of the old nails missing......the frames are in decent shape and in need of a good cleaning......these are very old and do show their age, so if you are looking for perfection these will not be for you.......If you have any questions please ask.......Thanks, Mike
