Measuring 10 1/2\" high x 4 1/4\" base diameter. The bases have 3 gold gilded feet. The young boy is carrying a fish in his left hand and has his long cloak draped over his right shoulder, The young girl is carrying a pheasant and a rams horn. She has a quill of arrows on her back. They have been out hunting and fishing. They are each dressed in beautifully hand painted shorts. The girl has sprigs of flowers over yellow stripes and the boy has a finely detailed vine & berry on alternating stripes of his pale yellow and pale blue shorts. Both pieces have the raised blue Vion & Baury maker\'s marks on the undersides. The girl has had a professional restoration to the pheasant, it has been cracked and restored. There is a little surface wear to the boys hair. No other chips or cracks. Please enlarge photos to see details.
