This very nicely cast middle to late 1800’s continental European pair of copper alloy candlesticks features full round figures of warriors with up turned shields and broken swords. Each measures 6 5/8” tall x 3 ½” diameter base with 3 ¼” tall figure and holds a 1” base taper. As the images show, it has an old, grungy brown wax patina with wear and loss. The figures are hand finished with excellent details and they do not stand perfectly straight.
