Up for sale is a terrific pair of antique, Victorian blue bisque pottery mantel style double ended spill vases with Renaissance era young male and female figurines. They are wearing green clothing with gold accents. They are 7\" at their tallest and approx. 6.5\" at their widest. They are only marked with the incised number 3240. My guess is they are German but I\'m not certain.

The vase with the girl has come gold paint loss (both do) but is otherwise in very nice condition, I see only a very slight nick in the lower rim of the vase. The vase with the young man has a chip on the inside of the upper vase rim near his head. There is a repair to his head and the tips of the fingers on his left hand are missing. The rim of the bottom vase has some nicks. As you can see in the photos--this is a lovely pair. I purchased these at an estate sale--my best guess is they are late 19th century.
