Fabulous pair of vintage 1970\'s Brunswick classic empire famous painted lamp shades have a satin black exterior finish with fancy gold and black tortoise shell interiors. These top quality shades were custom made with a hand sprayed finish on heavy opaque paper lamp shade board. They measure 20\" across the bottom, 11\" at the top with a 15\" side slant and the spider fixture was designed to fit over a diffuser with clips to keep the shade in place. They came from a pair of large Stiffel brass lamps and are in pristine, nearly flawless condition with just a couple of tiny specks and rub seen only on very close inspection. A high quality shade enhances any lamp it\'s on and the clean detail and form of this pair will be a perfect complement to your classic mid century Stiffels, Rembrandts and similar lamps.
