These pair of book endswere made around the 1920’s here on the east coast of Connecticut and wererecently acquired from a shoreline estate
Very unusual andinteresting pair of vintage maritime book ends.Each book end was constructed with two pieces of solid mahogany wood withchamfer edges that were arranged in a step down fashion. Both book ends have solid brass rope cleats withwonderful old brown patina. A great old nauticallook
