Antique Solid Silver 2 Oars Miniature Birmingham 1939 Hallmarked Page Keen & Page 1939 SENIOR GIGGS - by Royal Naval College Dartmouth - VERY RARE

A very unusual sterling silver oars letter opener. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1939 with the maker’s marks being PK&P for Page Keen and Page . It has been unusually designed being in the form of a rowing oar presented at a Royal Naval event being engraved ‘RNCD 1939 SENIOR GIGGS 1ST’. The RNCD is the Royal Naval College Dartmouth. It is in perfect condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures 8 inches (20.cm) long and weighs 25 + 25,3 grams. A very interesting and unusual pieces.
