This George I 18th century English decorated chest features a crackled black gesso finish, which has subtle gilt accents such as stripes and bamboo leaves. This chest\'s five drawers sit atop bracket feet.

I\'m sorry for the quality of the pictures , the outside pictures show some reflection of the sun and make the piece look lighter , the piece is black with some patina like the picture show .
