Please note, international tracking will not update after it leaves the United States until it clears your country’s customs. If you request a change of address, your order will be cancelled.

All order returned to us labeled “non-deliverable as addressed” will be refunded the cost of the items. If you still want to receive the items you ordered, you can reorder them, keeping in mind your mailing address is correct according to USPS.

Returns

No exchanges, returns are only accepted if items are defective, of if we’ve mistakenly sent you the incorrect stone type or size. All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. We CANNOT accept returns if you order the wrong style or size.
