ANice Pair of AntiqueRoyal Doulton Lambeth Silicon Ware Vases by Eliza Simmance.

Weoffer this nice pair of Royal Doulton Lambert Silicon Ware Bud Vases. Made with a high fired stoneware body withthe applied decoration in the Aesthic Movement Manner -- done in brown, tan andblue covered in a matt glaze called \"smear\" anddecorated with raised, applied and incised decorated beads, rosettes andmedallions. The interior of the vases have a smooth glossy finish.

Royal Doulton Silicon Ware wasmainly produced from 1880 to 1912 and some even later into the 1930s but thesedo not have England in the mark indicating that they were made before 1891. Marked with the initials of Eliza Simmance.

**They measure about 6\" high and about 1-1/8\" across the top.

**They measure about 3\" across the middle and 2-1/4\" across thebase.

Condition is very good for these -- no chips or cracks -- slight wear and some lightstaining from just being over 120 years old, mostly around the necks fromhandling -- one of the vases has just a little damage to one of the flower pedals asshown in the last picture -- the gold on the rims is worn -- that\'s it -- nice antique condition and good strong color.
