Pair of heavy metal clipper ship bookends. Not sure if these are brass, bronze or some kind of pot metal. Pretty and old. Backs are marked 615. 

Bookends are 5 1/4\" tall. Base is 4 3/4\" x 1 3/4\". Together they weigh more than three pounds.

Nice patina.
