Return Policy:

Items must be received within 14 days of the purchase date. Due to the delicate nature of lingerie, and in order to guarantee buyers of receiving fresh new lingerie, we do not make any exceptions for late returns. Items must be returned in the original new and unworn condition: tags attached with no evidence of removal and re-attachment, free of odors (perfumes, smoke, body odor), clean (free of deodorant marks), and wrapped in plastic packaging to protect the garments.
