I make all of my outfits from new fabric, most are \' OOAK \'. I am a non smoker.

This sale is for a dress. The dress is a 2 different fabrics 1 ruffle is pink eyelet and the other a Summer print, sleeveless. The dress has velcro fasteners down the back.

I suggest that my outfits are safe for children over the age of 4, [ because of any hairclips etc added].
