This is a beautiful vintage Calatrava classic style Patek Philippe watch. It was created in 1957 but first sold in February of 1959. At the time, this was considered a gentleman\'s watch. In these modern times, with an almost 35 mm yellow gold case, this watch would be perfect for a man or women. You will especially appreciate the unique lapidated lugs on this sleek case. It has a reliable 12-400 Patek Philippe manual wind movement that was recently serviced. The non numeric silver dial is in very good condition with some patina around a few of the applied gold markers which is common for a watch of this age. You will notice the gold tone hands and markers are good condition too. It comes on a golden brown leather strap on a tang buckle. The strap has an alligator embossed pattern and looks awesome on the watch. You will also receive a letter written from the Patek Philippe company to the most recent owner of the watch as well as authentic Patek Philippe Extracts of the Archives which reference the watch.
