Perfect for parts or restoration, this is a patented 1925 model produced in 1946 as seen on the label inside the back. This is a non-functioning model; however, the targets work and drop down the gold ball when the target is hit. It seems to be complete although I am no expert - it is missing some of the return springs on the target resets as seen in the picture but they will work when the target is pushed by hand and drop the gold ball and then reset with the reset lever. The gun was jammed when I got it. Took it apart and freed up the balls but now the penny won\'t cycle through. The gun \"fires\" the spring when the trigger is pulled but no balls come out. The trigger mechanism has been balky and needs an expert touch. Needs a good cleaning. The good part is that the graphics are still intact and in decent shape, as pictured. The back is missing the lock and comes out by pulling on it. Color is missing in the \"Challenger\" pot metal/aluminum headpiece but is intact. It will nedd someone smarter than me to set it right. THIS IS A NON-WORKING ITEM - I don\'t want anyone to be mistaken...good for parts or restoration only. Or would make a great display piece. Everything is as seen and described. No returns, as the shipping on it will be fairly expensive and it is what it is...
