Beautiful detail 7\" tall 1 3/4\" wide opening on top
bottom stand is about 2 1/2\" wide
the middle is about 10\" around
I believe its enamal over metal and painted with beautiful blue and white main color with a touch of green yellow
the plate have petal edge 5\" wide
Please note that it has two damage on one side ( see picture one close up and one it has the two together)
the plate has some rust on the bottom and the vase has some on the top edge
