Persian vintage intricate inlaid Mother of Pearl and bone 2 chairs:

Two identical chairs, Persian, possibly Syrian,intricate inlaid work of Mother of Pearl and bone were purchased from an antique shop in Tehran Iran on Avenue Lalezar Nov in 1940. My parents bought these chairs and they were told at that time that the chairs were quite old. The dealer in Tehran indicated they were probably made in the late 1800’s. We cannot testify to their age or being Persian, perhaps even Syrian.

They are in superb condition as the photos verify. They are 21 ½ inches left to right, 20 inches front to back and 32 inches high. Please note that the box size and weight is for each chair.
