Item: Annette\'s personal color photo from the wedding chapel where she and Glen Holt were married

Date: May 3, 1986

Features: Annette\'s 8\" x 10\" original color proof photograph by Knepper Photography, formerly located in Chatsworth, California (since closed).

Photo features Annette Funicello and her father, Joseph Funicello, as he escorts her to the altar at the front of the chapel where she and Glen Holt would be united in marriage.

The wedding was held at the Chapel in the Canyon on Topanga Canyon Boulevard in Canoga Park, California. The property has since been sold and a senior living center has taken the place of this picturesque church once attended by Roy Rogers & Dale Evans, Jane Russell and other entertainment notables.

The photo comes from Annette\'s personal wedding photo album. The only written notation on the reverse of the photo is \"34\" and includes standard watermark indicating \"This Paper Manufactured by Kodak.\"

It was Annette\'s hope that rather than to designate specificindividuals to receivethese historic items... she asked that they be offered for the benefit of her beloved Research Fund. Annette wanted these personal items from her own collection to beused to benefit those whocontinue tosufferfrom the impact of neurological diseases. For the few dollars needed to obtain one of the treasured items from her collection...it wasAnnette\'s hope thateveryone can take part in her greatest dream: to find the cause, the treatments, and the cure for Multiple Sclerosis and diseases like MS.

Personally selected and authorized for the exclusive benefit of the Annette Funicello Research Fund for Neurological Diseases. Glen Holt and Annette Funicellowere married on May 3, 1986 and together in 1993 they founded the Fund for the purpose of researching the cause, the treatment and the cure for Multiple Sclerosis and other neurological diseases. Glen faithfully cared for Annette until her passing on April 8, 2013. He continues to carry forward Annette\'s work now as the Chairman of the Board ofDirectors for the Annette Funicello Research Fund.
