    Returning an item

    All personalised text & images are copied & pasted exactly as provided by the buyer.
    It is the buyers responsibility to ensure these details are correct and any images provided are of suitable quality.
    We will not offer replacements or refunds in these circumstances.

    Payments via Paypal
    We can only accept payments that are made by PayPal via .
    No orders or payments for this listing can be taken over the phone.

    Failure to pay

    After this time if you fail to pay for the item, the dispute will be closedand an unpaid item may be recorded on your account.
    This is to ensure we can recover any lost fees incurred from the sale, when a buyer fails to pay.
