Peter Sinclair Vintage Watercolor, this is a really expressive painting in drybrush watercolor by South Dakota artist Peter Sinclair. Depicting a guy ice fishing with a nice catch of fish. The image is 20 1/2\" x 14\". The frame I found this in was in rough shape so im selling it in the mat which can easily be changed I just left the mat for better protection in shipping or you can use it, it looks great with the painting.
