We are so Pleased to offer for sale this Very Scarce print that IS IN COLOR, most of the few images of this are found in black and white. The last one that we had found was 15 years ago! I did a research on this and have found that the color prints are now bringing approximately $1,250.00 to $2,000.00.

Very Highly Sought After and Hard To Locate Original Antique Illustration of the famous painting of PHAROAH\'S HORSES by Artist John Fredrick Herring Sr ( 1795 – 1865 ) . He painted the 1848 \" Pharoah\'s Chariot Horses \" (archaic spelling \" Pharoah \").

Original late 1800\'s antique lithograph print printed on nice thicker paper stock. Note that these ORIGINAL OLD ANTIQUE PHAROAH\'S HORSES PRINTS are getting HARD TO FIND. What is out there are a lot of newer reproductions of these art images.

Condition of Print:
Excellent, Exceptional Condition! The only small issue is a crease on the left fawn horse, between his nostril and mouth. It is in the darker area so at frontal view is not very prominent. (Tried to show you by a closeup view in our last photo). The actual print measures 15-3/4 inches in diameter.

Condition of Frame:
Very Good. Has flea bites in the gesso, scratches, scuffs, and two holes, (far right edge and top). There are also two areas of missing gesso on the far left edge on the black trim area of the frame. I almost missed it but the last owner had marked it with black paint to cover the areas to hide it. Please view photos. Still displays nice and also remember that this is an aged antique as well.

Overall this Round Wood Frame measures 20-1/2 inches in diameter, by 2-1/2 inch border.

Condition of Glass:
EXCELLENT. Is a nice large CURVED CONVEX ORIGINAL GLASS. A few scratches in the glass.

We cleaned up the glass, added protective white ACID - FREE BACKER, newer brown kraft paper, and wiring. Ready for you to hang up on your wall.
