We are selling a few things from the estate of a WWII officer in the 125th Infantry.In 1944 he attended flight school to be trained as a spotter. Two pages of the log are filled out. The softbound unit history was published at the end of 1942 and covers the regiment in the first year of the war. It is 64 pages long with photos of all the officers and rosters of all the men, plus some history of each company. The bronze star box (only) has a little finish spotting on the front, but inside is the presentation card from the Secretary of War. The purple heart box is also empty, and in fine condition. (Note: there were no medals at the estate sale, only the empty boxes that we are selling here.) Your offer is for the lot of 4 items, ready to research. Domestic shipping $7.
