Selling one of the best regarded tube amps of its era - the venerable Pilot SA232 all tube stereo power amp.
Pulled recently from a Pilot 1078 console
(Tried to sell the console whole, got no takers)
This amp actually works and sounds great.
It is in original, unmolested condition and functions as it should. No hum.
It is also equipped with the dummy plug for the \"preamp in\" so it is plug and play from the moment you get it.
(They didn\'t all come with the dummy plug)
I got it with a mismatch of random tubes so this listing is sold WITHOUT TUBES.
Any true audiophile would want to roll their own high quality tubes through this beauty.
The unit is fully functional, but typically electronics this old should have regular maintanance.(Filter caps/etc)
So it is sold as is.
