Includes walls, roofs, trees etc to build structures for your train set (not sure of scale).
Good, played-with condition. Box has wear, staining, corner splits. Plastic parts have glue residue, paint - one tree trunk broken & taped, another missing.
Comes as is, as shown with everything in photos. No inventory list or instructions - may not be complete.
