Stories, art and cover by E.C. Segar. A reproduction of the classic Popeye Feature Book originally published in 1937, which in turn reprinted stories from the daily comic strip. Collects Thimble Theatre daily strips from March to July, 1936. Popeye meets Eugene the Jeep, a mysterious animal with multiple supernatural abilities (that later loaned its name to the US Army\'s all-purpose vehicle, the jeep). 8 1/2-in. x 12-in., 84 pages, B&W.
