There are official MexicanStamps and additional signatures on the document.

There is a hand drawn map of the location of theMine. It measures about 11 1/2 \" x 10 1/2\" and is printed on an acetate type paper. It is dated 1906 and is stamped and signed on the back, dated October 30,1906.
