Beautiful pair of large antique Chinese Asian porcelain bottle vases, bulbous with round necks, Canton, hand painted in under glaze blue with qilin foo dogs / mythical animals, clouds, etc. on white back ground. The porcelain vases are very early and are believed to be from the C\'hing dynasty, 19 century. They are in excellent condition with no damage or repairs, they have tiny surface kiln pitting and marks which were done in the making. the vases alone measure about 13.5 inches tall.
The vases were drilled and mounted as table lamp many years ago. They have black painted wood bases and brass electrical mountings on top. There is some loss to the black paint on the bases. Tey measure about 24 inches tall overall with electrification.
