Pair Fragonard Limoges Courting Couples round French ceramic plaques on black velvet
in antique white, dark gold, diamond shaped wood frames, with leaves and flourishes.
Dust covers on back are in place but torn as shown.
They measure 12 1/2\" x 17 1/2\" and the round plaques are 6\" and
depict romantic courting couples, signed Fragonard, and edged in gold.
There is a small flea bite on one edge and some of the gold is on the
edges of the plates from the painting process.
This is a stunning set, sure to please!
