Cool pair of Mid Century Modern teardrop ribbed ceiling pendant style 60s hanging lamps. Great for your collection/ retro renovation or any mod decor. Each shade measures around 10inches tall, approx 6 in. at the widest, 3 7/8ths\" diameter at the bottom opening, and 2\" approx. at the top cover. Each ceiling plate is approx. 5 3/8ths in. Note that the little dark dots on the shades are NOT stains on the shades but rather a problem with my camera lens/ the white shades do NOT have mars... The shades are free of cracks and serious chips, the inside rims are a little rough to the touch but this may be original to the manufacture/ just never filed smooth but I note it in any case. ... The goldtone top cap and ceiling mounting are nice looking all in all, with a little wear to the finish on both caps, a few scratches to the ceinling plates but the ceiling platexs are super shiny / nicer looking than the photos capture. Have not been tested, but always a good idea to rewire old fixtures to current standards in any case (we leave this choice to the new owner/ collector) / no visible damage to the sockets, etc. ) No makers\' mark but I can make out the Underwriter\'s Laboratory tag on the one/ has the numbers 261,978 and e-11679. Also has another label from the electrical workers brotherhood/ union.

We also have a hard to find MCM pink bathroom era 50s light fixture for above the medicine chest/ sink listed, as well as all sorts of vintage ceiling light fixtures, and other cool Mid Century interest items including a vintage booklet of floor plans for MCM cottage houses...

any Shiny white spots are PHOTO FLASH/reflections...not mars....any dark dots visible on the white areas are dirt on my camera lens/ NOT actually on the shades...
