On dispatch an email is sent direct from Australia Post to the email on your invoiceNOTthrough so please ensure your email is correct otherwise you will not get your tracking information. Prior to contacting House of Candles check your junk folder in your email it may have gone there.

To safe guard you as a buyer and House of Candles as a seller a signature is required on all items and there isNOsafe dropping at your door or any other area. Should you be concerned about your order that has not arrived within the dates that gave you upon purchase please first go to www.auspost.com.au and input the tracking number that was emailed to you. This will give you an up-to-date status of your order. After 7 days if your items are not picked up from your post office your order will be returned to sender. There isno refundsif this occurs and the buyer is liable for return postage costs to have the order re-sent.

Payment Refunds & Returns

You have 4 wonderful days to pay for your items. Payment method preferred is paypal but bank deposits are also accepted where you must leave your ID as reference. Any other reference will delay your order. If payment is not received within 4 days on the 5th day an automatic unpaid dispute is opened.

The highest of care is taken when wrapping your items. If your item is damaged in transit simply send an email with photos of the damage and an exchange is immediately dispatched.House of Candles does not accept cancellations of any sales.There are no refunds if you simply do not like a fragrance.
