Tags are still attached to this little guy. He does make sound, there are two spots that say press here, however you have to have them lined up, the spot on his belly is the one that makes him sing. It was hard for my daughter to learn that when she was younger.I am very flexible with sales. I will re-list something when asked.
A lot of my clothes come from second hand stores, there may be places in the tag or around the tag where a price tag was stapled, usually this does not show, sometimes I do miss this, as I look over items for stains, holes, ect.
