SHIPPING: I charge \"actual\" shipping on every item I ship. I charge ONLY $1 handling to cover the cost of shipping supplies. Although Priority boxes are free, peanuts and bubble wrapare not. I do NOT mark up my shipping to compensate.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Ifyour package weighs 13 oz or less I will be shipping your item USPS First Class Mail, 3-5 days delivery. If your package weighs more than 13 oz then I will shipship USPS Priority mail, 2-3 days delivery. If you choose not to have your items shipped using USPSFirst Class Mail and instead wouldprefer USPSPriority, be sure to pay for Priority shipping and notify the seller. Every seller MUST ship your items using whatever shipping service you pay for on . Therefore if you pay for USPSPriority shipping the seller MUST ship using that method. A seller can NOT ship USPSFirst Class which is less expensive if the buyer has paid for Priority Shipping.

INTERNATIONAL shipping: I will send your package USPS First Class International unless International Priorityisrequested or your package does not qualify for First Class International shipping. First Class International has to be under 4 pounds,however THERE IS NO TRACKING NUMBER. Because of the value of some of my items I will NOT ship them USPS First Class International mail even if the weight qualifies because there isNO TRACKING #. International Priority takes 6-10 days to be delivered. USPS states there is NO estimate of delivery time for First Class International.

Here at Discounted Figurines I treat my buyers as I would prefer to be treated if Iwere the buyer. All sales are NOT final. You have 30 days from the purchase date to return an item for refund or exchange. Please see refund policy in the listing for specific details in order to receive an exchange or Full Refund.

If for some reason you\'re not happy with your item/purchase, return the item within 30 days of the purchase date for a FULL Refund. In order to receive the FULL refund the item MUST be shipped in the same box INCLUDING Original inside packing materials. About Us

I am disable so I sell on to supplement my Disability Income. In addition the disabilities I already have, I was recently diagnosed with Breast Cancer. Because of this life altering change in my life I recently changed my handling time from 1 day to 2 days. I still try to ship out within one day but I\'m not always able to do so. My recent illness requires Chemotherapy treatments. Sometimes my daughter is able to assist me with shipping. I\'m hoping my business along with some wonderful buyers I have, will help keep me going during this challenging time. Your understanding would be appreciated. I try my best to bring my buyers good, quality collectibles.As a rule I do NOTglue anything. There are very rare occasionsthat I have and if Ido it will be stated in the listing and up close pictures included in the listing.I prefer to sell pieces in boxes because the boxes help protect the piece during shipping.: Occasionally I will sell items without a box at a low price.
