Your agreement is necessary so that I can be refunded the fees that charges for the sale. It is much easier and leaves no negative marks against the buyer if we agree to cancel the sale, rather than theonly other option, which is to open an case.
Shipping Charges: Sellers are charged fees by both PayPal and for each and every item that is shipped. This fee, packaging, office supplies for labelsand such, are all part of your shipping fees. Unless shipping a large item, I try to charge less than a dollar for handling. This charge is added toyour shipping cost.The larger and heavier your item, the more the post office charges to ship it. The actual cost of postage will be listed on your shipping label. The difference between the cost on the label and what you paid me for shipping is what I keep to cut my costs. When there is no difference, the shipping expenses come out of the cost of the item.Please take notice before leaving negative response for the shipping costs.Not all sellers take advantage of shipping charges.
Combined Shipping:Please remember that combined shipping is not always the cheapest option. First class or Media Mail are the lowest options for shipping. First class mail must be under thirteen ounces and Media Mail has limitations. If you buy two items that weigh ten ounces each it is much cheaper to send them individually via first class mail than to combine them and ship via Priority Mail. It would cost almost five more dollars.Please send me a request for a totalafter your purchase but before you pay.I will then contact you with the new total and my suggestion for shipping.When items are combined you may be charged a dollar per extra item added to the total.. International buyers:Free shipping never applies to international buyers and handling charges can be up to three dollars, depending upon the item and packaging materials required. Please note that does not allow sellers to see the rates that you are charged. We can only put the information into the program and count on the description to let you know your shipping costs. I cannot quote you rates. Sellers are also limited regarding the types of shipping available. Priority Mail may seem very high to you but the other choice, Worldwide Saver, is at least twice what Priority Mail costs. The most cost effective choice available to sellers is First Class International. Unfortunately, this only applies to items under 4 lbs.
Pleasant Transactions:Ifyou are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, or feel you have been treated unfairly, please communicate with meprior toopening a case or leaving bad response. I will be happy to work with you. I will never hold your response hostage and will provide positiveresponse as soon as payment is received. All disputes and problems can be solved to the mutual satisfaction of both buyer and seller provided there is understanding and good communication.
Returns:I provide money back returns within 14 days of purchase,providing that you pay the return shipping and the item arrives back in the same condition as when it left my store as evidenced by the original description and pictures. New items must be returned in original, sealed packages with tags intact.Once the I receive the item, I will refund your money. Some refunds may take up to two weeks. If there are extenuating circumstances we will work something out.
