I ship packages insured and if there is a case of damage or lost item the buyer is responsible for filing a claim with the USPS/UPS. I can not do this for a buyer as the USPS requires the item be seen at the buyers local post office even in the cases of claims started online. I will help with anything I can to assist you in the process. The post office will then be responsible for a refund to you.
