Should the item incur damage during shipment, you are required to contact me within 72 hours of delivery as noted by the shipping company. Photographs should be sent of the item and all packaging at that time. I will then arrange for the item to ship back to me, verify the item still has the markings from my pen and issue a refund to you. If my markings have been removed, no refund will be issued.
