Such a rare find. A very large water pitcher of solid sterling silver with no apparent wear, no dings, no dents, no scratches and NO monogram. I don\'t think it\'s ever been used. Made by Preisner Silver company and water pitcher is solid sterling silver, hallmarked on base of the pitcher.
Measures almost 9 inches high at the handle, and about 8.5 inches high at the spout. Weighs 18.8 regular ounces or 532 grams. Please see image with two sterling silver water goblets measuring 6.5 inches high to get an idea of its size.
Pitcher is hefty and of solid gauge silver, and large enough that it is easy to clean inside and out. It holds 8 cups of water, or to brim will hold 9 cups (4 ½ pints).
