Local Pick Up
We normally don\'t sell items via Local Pickup, but if the item is heavy, sayover 10lbs we may offer a Local Pickup available. Please email us beforeofferding closes to schedule pickup. Items MUST be paid for prior to picking up(if you purchased a large item (e.g. furniture, appliances, etc.), please callus first to verify the pick-up location.

Shipping Claims

We want youritem to arrive promptly and safely. We use first-quality materials to packitems with care. There are rare occasions when an item is lost or sustainsdamage during shipment.

Please call usto initiate a claim with the shipping carrier. You must contact us within 48hours of receiving the damaged item. Please retain all packaging and provide photosof the packaging and damage. We will notrefund any damage products without photographs for documentation. There will be no exceptions. Theclaims process takes approximately 10-21 business days. Once the claim from theshipping carrier is approved & paid, we will issue you the appropriaterefund. If your item is over $100.00, we require declared value coverage foryour shipment at payment. Our liability, without declared value coverage shallnot exceed $100.00.

Returns

Buyer mustcontact us via messages to initiate a return within 48 hours of receivingthe item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping/declared value charges.Original shipping & handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. If the item is broken in shipment aphotograph must be provided of both the box and the product. We insure our shipments. We make sure we pack any glass item to avoidbreakage. No partial or full refundswill be made without the photograph.
