The signature of Bill Clinton on a first day cover; signed as governor of Arkansas. He was president 1993-2001, and governor 1979-81, 83-92. I purchased this in July 1994 from Jim Hayes Autographs. I also will send several photocopies from dealer\'s catalogues from the 1990s offering others in this series of 150; they show a similar signature, but not identical, so these were not machine-signed or from a rubber stamp.
