The personal and political autobiography of the 38th US President, which he began writing shortly after leaving office and which was published in 1979.
This hardcover first printing is signedby Ford on the first page, with an inscription to the former owner, dated in the year of publication. Obviously NOT an autopen signature.
The book is in very good shape. The jacket has a little rubbing and minor wear at the edges, including a small closed tear at the spine top (see photo). The book itself was probably never read and remains in fine condition, only minor signs of age or handling. Certainly an above-average copy.
